Sebadoh are back. All shiney and new, they offer a wealth of songs-smithing skills and good ole‘ punk rawk energy from Jason Loewenstein, heart breaking lyrics and more hooks than a fishing boat from Lou Barlow , and a new guy on the throne (Louisville native Russ Pollard) who beats the drums like they owe him money.

On top their standard bass-drums-guitar attack are tasteful piano bits, swirling moogs and organ, jittery percussion, and even mellotron, all harnassed by Eric Masunaga's steady production hands.

On the new album ("The Sebadoh") are some of the best moments Sebadoh have ever put down on tape. Yes, they’re back and running on all cylinders...
